On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi intensified his onslaught against the INDIA group, accusing it of turning the Army into a “weapon of politics” and stating that there no “bigger sin than this” could ever exist.
Furthermore, Modi retaliated against the opposition by asserting that the Congress and the “INDI alliance” never made any effort to degrade the Indian armed forces.
It was here when Modi was delivering his final speech at a vote rally for the Lok Sabha elections.
His assault took place against the backdrop of members of the Congress and INDIA alliance engaging in a campaign against the administration of Narendra Modi regarding the Agnipath initiative.
Notably, the Congress has declared it will withdraw the Agnipath program if the INDIA alliance comes to power.
Modi said it was his objective to build the Indian defense forces as the most modern and capable force, self-reliant in the actual sense.
On the other hand, this endeavor inhibits the methods in which the “INDI alliance” can generate illicit funds. According to him, this is the reason why people are venting their fury against “Modi.”
“It is clear that we need to keep all things in mind to see with whom we fight… and we have to prepare our army accordingly,” he explained to reporters.
During the Republic Day parade, the Prime Minister stated that troops are not simply created for the occasion. According to him, the Army was designed to engage in combat, to vanquish an adversary, and to protect our homeland.
According to Modi, however, the opposition has turned the Army into a political weapon, and he went on to say that there is no greater sin than this for the opposition.
My silence is being communicated to the INDI alliance at this time. In your comprehension of Modi, you must avoid making any mistakes. “I will bring out all of your sins on the day that Modi opens his mouth; I will call them’saat peedhi ke paap’ (sins of seven generations),” he added.
However, the INDIA bloc attacked the courageous at every turn, despite the fact that Modi stated that Punjab is a place of bravery and valour.
The individuals in question are the same individuals who had humiliated our late Army chief Bipin Rawat by calling him “gali ka gunda.” According to the Prime Minister, “It was not only an insult to General Rawat, but it was also an insult to every single soldier in the country.”
He specifically targeted the leaders of the opposition, claiming that these were the individuals who had been looking for evidence of the surgical strike.
The individuals in question are the ones who handed China a clean chit during the Indo-China war that took place in 1962. Each and every other day, they insult the Indian Army, he stated.
In his statement, Modi stated that the Congress and the INDIA alliance never spared any effort in their efforts to degrade the Army.
In his training of the Congress, Modi made reference to the Jeep scandal, the Bofors scam, the submarine scam, and the Army truck scam, and he stated that they had never been concerned with the necessities of the Army.
“They only made plans to loot and empty the government exchequer by indulging in corruption,” he claimed in his statement.
The Tejas fighter plane project was allegedly put into cold storage by the Congress, according to his accusation.
“For a considerable amount of time, they did not resolve the matter of the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS). In order to modernize the Army, he stated, “they are the individuals who, for a considerable amount of time, did not permit significant reforms.”
When it came to the issue of One Rank One Pension (OROP), he once again assailed the Congress, claiming that it had deceived to the former service members for forty years over this matter.
“How they throw dust in the eyes of soldiers,” he continued, recalling that it was his government that was responsible for ensuring that OROP was implemented.
