Regarding to which we would like to inform you that the Women’s Asia Cup is scheduled to be held in Dambulla, Sri Lanka from July 19-28. That is four teams for each section and thus there are eight teams in this competition in total. India, the defending champions are in Group A joined by Pakistan, Nepal, and United Arab Emirates. The other group comprises, Bangladesh and Malaysia together with Sri Lanka and Thailand. The previous competition was not as large as the current one, therefore only seven teams participated in it.
Asia Cup final will be held on this day
The Indian team will now play against the UAE on July 21 after the match against Pakistan. They will face Nepal on July 23. The top two teams from each group advance to the semi-finals. The event finale is scheduled for July 28; the semi-final matches will take place on July 26.
